16.3.3 AUTOMOBILE SERVICE GAS STATIONS
16.3.3.1 Automobile service gas stations shall be located in
an area which has been set aside for gas stations,
in accordance with the DCR and master plan of the
related business unit.

16.3.3.2 Plots allocated for gas stations shall not be permitted
to be used for any other purpose except for some
secondary functional uses such as vehicle servicing
sales outlet for refreshments and fast food (Mini Mart
and the like) with a minimum area of 150.0 square ≥ 5.5 m
meters. ≥ 1.2 m ≥ 1.2 m
16.3.3.3 The minimum width of the driveway between two Two Short Islands
gas station islands with one pump each shall be 5.5
meters and 8.0 meters for an island with two pumps.

16.3.3.4 The height of the sales outlet and its annexes shall not
exceed 4.2 meters.
16.3.3.5 A maximum of two rooms may be built for station
labor accommodation that is located within the city
limits, and maximum of 3 rooms in all stations outside ≥ 10.0 m
the city limits.
16.3.3.6 Construction shall be permitted right up to the limits
of the plot on the road side. A setback of 3.0 meters
shall be observed on the neighbor’s sides.
16.3.3.7 Public male and female toilets must be provided as
additional to the ones that are used by the station ≥ 1.2 m ≥ 8.0 m ≥ 1.2 m
workers. Two Long islands
