16.1.2 VILLAS ANNEXES: (figure -70) Height ≤ 4.2 m
Adjacent Neighbor Plot
a) It is permitted to build annexes to residential villas with Limit

c) Annexes shall be used to serve the main building only. They
shall not be used as independent units or for commercial
purposes.
d) Its roof shall be limited for water tanks and air conditioner
equipments.
e) It is forbidden to build a main staircase leading to its roof, if it
is located next to the adjacent neighbors.
f) The annex may be connected to the main building by a covered
passage or corridor with maximum width of 3.0 meters and
same height as the annex.
g) The area of the annexes shall not exceed 50% of the main
villa’s area.
