15.5.6 Minimum Driveway width for heavy vehicles shall be 3.5 meters
for single way and 7.0 meters wide for dual way.

In general, off-street loading areas are not permitted in front of
any type of building even for industrial type. Off street loading
area shall be located on rear or side of building as verified from
related business unit.
