                     15.2.3   The following guidelines shall apply when designing parking
                            entry and exit: a straight and preferably leveled access shall be
                            provided at a distance of 6.0 meter before approaching the ticket
                            machine or gate barrier arm as emergency stop alley for drivers
                            who do not have payment machine token, lost their tickets or
