 This section shall regulate the exterior design of buildings and structures and the   4.6  Building Scale and Massing:

 Following are some Architectural Criteria, which shall be taken into account:

 4.1   Development’s Location and Size:
 The nature and intensity of the operation involved in, or, conducted in
 connection with it and the location of the site with respect to streets giving
 access to it will be such that the development should not dominate the
 immediate environment and should respect the surrounding neighboring
 properties.

 4.2   Similar Themes and Elements within Development:
 Buildings, structures and streetscape within a development shall maintain
 a similar style and design of architectural theme including but not limited
 to building materials, colors, form, roof style and detailing.

 4.3   Facade Treatment:

 Side and rear walls of all buildings shall be constructed of similar building
 materials and contain similar architectural treatment as the front or main
 elevation of the building, excluding window areas.

 4.4   Screening of Accessory Equipment:
 All outdoor mechanical equipment including antennas, roof top equipment,
 refuse storage areas, shall be concealed from public view by solid walls,
 screens, fences, parapets, enclosing structures or landscape.

 4.5   Building Articulation:
 Entrances into buildings shall be easily identified through building design
 including the use of recessed or projected entryways, higher rooflines or
 changes in building massing, material or color.

 Exterior walls shall be articulated by the use of architectural features
 including the variation of materials, colors or a change in surface plane.
