SEcTION: 24 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DISPUTES

24.1 Neither checking of the drawings, structural calculations; nor inspection
of the work during the progress of construction, shall be construed in
any way to impose responsibility and/or liability on the Authority or their
agents. The developer and his agents shall remain entirely responsible for
all errors in the design and execution of the project and for the stability
and safety of construction during the progress of the works and after
completion.

24.2 All complaints and disputes concerning building permits and the erection
of buildings shall be referred to the Authority. Any financial disputes shall
be referred to Dubai Court.
