14.14. Combination of communication processes
To ensure an accessible communication process, a combination of different
communication channels must be provided depending on the environment or service.
The communication must include at least two of the three channels of communication:
acoustic, visual and tactile.
A number of possible valid combinations of an accessible communication process are
displayed in the table below:
