Dubai Universal Design Code

DubaiUniversal Design Code is to define how the built environment and transportationsystems in the Emirate shall be designed, constructed and managed to enable oneto approach, enter, use, egress from and evacuate independently, in anequitable and dignified manner, to the greatest extent possible, in line withthe Universal Design concept. The requirements in this Code cover a wide rangeof human abilities, embracing all aspect of life and shall be applied at theearliest possible stage in the design process.
